Stay with airhgt @ Luxe Apartment in Central Harrogate

Poorly presented entrance, internal stair wells dirty and in poor repair, internal Kitchen badly warn, leaking roof (see video / pictures) lighting broken, smoke alarm removed, bathroom sink cracked and with much black mould around shower.

The location of the property was good. It was close to the town centre, railway and bus stations and an Asda supermarket (between 5 and 10 minutes walk). The property had nice furnishings and all the facilities you would expect for a short stay. The wifi worked well. The communication with the owner was regular and informative. The apartment was clean.

Although the apartment was very clean, there are some maintenance issues which need to be addressed (grouting in the bathroom, shower seal, cracked sink, ill-fitting windows). These issues impact on the overall impression of the apartment and could be easily resolved. The outside of the property looks scruffy and the stairs leading to the apartment could be cleaned. Again, these things add to an overall impression. There is some degree of road and train noise if you are in the living room but not so much from the main bedroom. Better fitting windows would help with this.

Spacious apartment with quirky decor. The chocolates with the towel bundles was a nice touch. Good communication from the host.

It doesn't look great from the outside or on the stairs up to the second floor (carpet needs a good vacuum and piles of post behind the front door) but the apartment is great once inside.

It was so close to the town centre - especially if you take a short cut through M&S! Very close to the theatre, fabulous restaurants and train/bus stations too.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the center and the train station. Communication with the host is easy, she responds quickly.

place looked scruffy from outside. carpets dirty in entrance and up the stairs. didn't know it was second floor until we arrived. Sofas in lounge stained, not pleasant. Bit over priced as apartment was basic and dated

The coffee is nice.

The sheet on the queen size bed had a blood stain on it.
