Burt's Hotel

I'm a vegetarian and the food was excellent. Best full breakfast I have had in a long time. The single room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pint in the beer garden was also very lovely.

Very lovely hotel, amazing helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and an exceptionally well kept real ale (Timothy Taylors landlord was on when we visited)

Bathroom could maybe have been be more modern, but was fine, functional and spotless.

We have stayed here before and find it very suitable for staying at to break our journey either to or from Scotland. The rooms are fine, easy parking and being situated in Melrose there are plenty of places to visit in walking distance to relax and unwind. This time we ate in the restaurant and it was very good indeed.

Very comfortable

Nice old fashioned Hotel in the center of Melrose. Beautiful rooms, pub and Restaurant. Good food, good beers, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Car place behind the Hotel. Could not have asked for more.
