Hotel Victoria Palace - South Mumbai

Nothing I like. No room reserved for me and family. The staff were very Rude. Promised breakfast at 8 pm. But they ordered the same to an outside vendor at 9.30 pm. No taxis will come to the front of the hotel. The hotel is in a slum area. The hotel front road is fully packed with loading and unloading trucks and it's crowded with loading and unloading laborers. Just due to this i left the place one day early and i lost one day Hotel Rent. Just left the place and will never go there.

Conftable bed and room need and clear osm

Very close to great locations like marine drive, wankhede stadium, gateway of india etc. Breakfast is basic with both veg and nonveg options.

They hesitate to provide enough drinking water for your stay. I stayed for 11 days and got two bottles each 500 ml only. The location is really busy, especially at night very difficult to access the place because of traffic. The toilets were really underpar and can be improved.

Very loud street, not touristic location at all. The towels were dirty, room also. Not recommend this place.
