Oasis with Inspiring Views, Amazing Pool and Gym

The walls are paper thin and you can hear every single word the neighbors say. The bed had a deep indentation and was therefore uncomfortable. No refrigerator — only an electric coffee pot. Elevator was a nightmare every single day — usually only one was working. You won’t be happy with this unit!

The location

The room was dirty, holes poorly patched all over the place, the headboard had blood smeared on it.

The place and location is beautiful and convenient for a multitude of reasons. I love the direct shuttle to the beach.

The rooms weren’t that clean. There were a bunch of spots in the room that was dirty and even under the sheets were like that too. The ice machine being located on selected floors wasn’t that fun either and the wait time for elevators was really annoying despite I understand there’s only two for like 30+ floors. I feel like for the volume there should be at least two more elevators given. I also wish I knew they didn’t have any parking besides valet. If I knew ahead of time I would’ve been more selective about that. There was no daily housekeeping and was told they only do that after we check out which I thought was weird. There was also no connecting phone directly to the front desk and had to use my to contact them directly and had to ask plenty of questions that I felt should be told me like, the wifi. I shouldn’t have to search or see if there was. The shuttle to the beach was amazing but I didn’t know that we had to walk a mile asking other hotel ppl where the umbrella and chairs are since it was so far out.
