The owners were lovely, organised. Other tours for us, the pool was great. The accommodation was comfortable and clean, the other occupants were really great tourist.

Everything!!! Nice room, good position, good breakfast, possibility to rent bicycle and very beautifull family. Thanks Ha for your kindness 😊😊

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem wunderschönen kleinen Homestay - Es gab jeden Tag frisch zubereitetes leckeres Frühstück und man konnte Roller sowie Fahrrad günstig ausleihen. Damit kann man auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos erreichen. Die Familie hilft einem bei allen Problemen und Fragen - Ha spricht auch gut Englisch - Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We initially booked 2 nights here but enjoyed Ninh Binh and the homestay so much we extended our stay, which the hosts made really easy. Location is great, only a short bike ride/grab into the busy centre. We preferred riding bikes to see more, which were available for hire with the homestay. The room and facilities were very clean and new, clearly looked after well. Breakfast was included which we really enjoyed. We also ate dinner at our homestay (let them know in advance on the day so they can acquire & prep), which was great too. Overall great hosts that were very hospitable, and able to accommodate any request. Friendly family and even got involved in some UNO with us! We would really recommend to anyone travelling/passing by!
