ITThe room and the bathroom were extremely clean and tidy, and well provided with everything that one might need, and more. It was not short of a real hotel, in fact there were many clean towels, a good hairdryer, body soap and shampoo. Furthermore we had in our room a jug and a boiler, already conveniently full, two glasses, two cups with teaspoons, and a lot of different teabags of various kinds, with two little snacks on the side. Overall, it was excellent.

IEI liked the Host and his wife, he was very welcoming and also his wife was nice and chatty. Both professionals with very high personal culture and positive attitude. We've been asked on multiple occasions if we need anything, always with a genuine smile. Plenty of Indian's culture objects around the house. The house is very clean, spacious and new. Tap drinking water available, and as per my request access to one shelf in the fridge and microwave. Clear house rules on the door of my room, gently asking to cooperate with night time starting from 10pm. Host has a one year old child and he is very clear about it. If you need complete silence, this is not a place for you. Nevertheless it is communicated to the guests. White, clean towels were provided, and tray with cups and glasses and kettle in the room. Coffee and tea also. View from the room into new estate and grass/play area when children play, bit of noise from there as it was a summer time.
There was not one thing I didn't like but can possibly use this space for suggestions. Maybe some extra pillows would make a difference. Also I would have changed the mattress as it is very high and very soft but it is only my personal opinion. Finally if the Host can inform guests that when they leave the premises, they should not worry about locking the house, as the Host has the security in operation and monitors it from his mobile.

FRThe house is situated in a quiet estate a bit away from the city centre, the room was so comfortable and nice. Naveen is the best host, he got out of his way to pick me up in the city when there was a disruption with the buses and even drove me back the next day as it was raining.
It's a bit away from the city centre so not very convenient if you don't have a car, but normally the buses stop a few hundred meters away from the house. Except for this, nothing!!
