The view isn't the same as shown in the picture and the pool isn't great.

"Unprofessional staff, the elevator smells terrible"

Location is good.

Despite my confirmed booking clearly stating that payment by credit card was accepted at the hotel, the staff initially contacted me via WhatsApp and asked me to pay in cash. I declined, and they agreed to accept a credit card. However, they called again and once more requested cash payment before eventually agreeing to a credit card. Upon arrival and during check-in, the staff continued to insist on cash payment several times. I ultimately paid by credit card as originally agreed, but the entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily stressful. Also, the elevator smells terrible.
