Convenient location, so much more quiet than hotel, loved kitchenette and parking so close to door.

I waited over two weeks to write this so that I had time to give a considered and reasonable response. The Wifi didn't work and it took 2 days after I reported it for it to be remedied. No one responded on the given contact number and I had to use Booking.com messaging. After returning from a long trip I found my entry code didn't work. I tried several different ways to alert the owner/manager and finally got someone who really didn't care about my problem but finally reset the code. The property should not be available to the public. It is in a poor state e.g. cracked and chipped bath and sink. Kitchen work surface stained, discolored and chipped. No board for cutting up food and no working can opener. I exchanged loads of messages about the board and can opener but the person just tried to ignore me before finally dropping round a board and can opener. All the kitchen equipment is old and potentially dangerous. The non-stick pans are badly scratched and discolored, there is chipped crockery and everything looks like that it has been there for decades. The hob is badly marked. The blinds in every room are broken in sections, so they only partially do their job. They also discolored and don't look clean. There are no instructions on how to use equipment. This is a property that no care about and those responsible for it and your stay will not care about you either.

Overall facility is excellent with parking space and location. And host is very nice, ready to support all time.

We had very short stay, and i regret it.
