Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo.

La ubicación, hay que coger el coche para todo y en temporada alta no hay aparcamientos. Un solo aparato de aire acondicionado para lo grande que es, los ventiladores que hay en las habitaciones tienen las aspas muy sucias. Lavavajillas roto, no desaguaba y olía fatal, la lavadora tenía la puerta rota y además se salía el agua por debajo, tuvimos que achicar agua y el suelo estaba siempre mojado. Para usar el microondas tienes que ser adivin@ ya que los dibujos de los botones están totalmente borrados. El tostador estaba roto pero nos dieron uno nuevo enseguida.

El silencio, la paz y el aire marítimo de la zona. Las vistas a la montaña y la playa. La gran terraza y el fácil acceso al parking.

No me gustó nada el comportamiento del vecino de abajo el cual comenzaba a dar porrazos y arrastrar sillas y mesas desde las 11 de la noche hasta las 12:30- 1:00 de la madrugada.

Very affordable stay near Malaga, very clean and cozy.

Wasn't 100% self check-in as the residency lock system was changed recently, had to call the agency to open the door for me.

Poor service delivered by rental agent. Renovation works ongoing just above the appartment. Uncomfortable accomodation : outdated or damaged household appliances. No heating/cooling in bedrooms. Only spanish TV channels. No parking down the street, even in low season.

The apartment itself would be nice if maintained well. However, the managing company did not care much about the broken bed and the cleanliness in the apartment.

There were many issues which usually are being solved easily by hosts or agents, but not in this case: 1. Broken bed legs, impossible to sleep in the bed and to use the 2nd bedroom. 2. Indifferent agents. I informed about the broken bed at the time of our check-in, and asked if they could fix it so that we could use both bedrooms (as we duly paid for them). There was no response. Just after several reminders, the agents took an action and fixed the bed after 10 days of my stay. Therefore, I could sleep in the bed for only 2 nights out of 12. During 10 nights I had to sleep on the uncomfortable sofa in the living room, which is not a bed, just a sofa. Maria was able to provide only the standard template messages, like the check-in and check-out information, but was not reacting to requests to solve the issues. Just to note that information about the broken bed was provided by the previous guests as well, as you can see in the comments, starting from February. Therefore, they had the time to fix the bed before our visit, if they just wanted to. 3. Apart from the clean bed linen and dust cleaned from visible surfaces only, the apartment was not sufficiently clean. It was obvious that no one lived there for some time. Dust balls were rolling under the TV cabinet and other hidden surfaces. The terrace was not cleaned for weeks. 4. The first necessary item, when one enters a home, is hand soap. It was not provided. Therefore, after the check-in, I had to leave and look for the closest supermarket that to buy hand soap. 5. The apartment is on a steep hill. Buses are very rear and end early. If you do not rent a car, this location is not recommended. Although I am physically fit, but coming back from the supermarket with heavy bags was very uncomfortable. We had to climb an extra hill to the main entrance of the building, since the keys from rear gates (the parking) were not provided, where the elevator could be used from the ground floor.
