very easy access to places and amazing staff, very helpful

it smells dump on arrival, i have to wash the refrigerator by myself, not cleaned properly, by the toilet door frame of apartment 2, they were insects and lizard coming out every night, the toilet bowl is leaking when flush water, kitchen, there was 1 dessert spoon for the two of us to use, and 1 water glass we end up buying plastic curtley. 2 days of our stay television not working that was very disappointing and i think the management of this house need to step up there game. Towels i couldn’t use them -originally white but they were grey…

"They wont refund your caution fee so if you are not ready to part with your money, don’t book house4"

I paid a caution fee of NGN 50,000 which house4 has refused to refund. I have called and called and they keep making excuses. I am yet to receive my refund after a week. Sometimes, they even ignore my calls. How can you tell me that a company accountant is unreachable? Is this how businesses are run here?
