Excellent renovated house, right next to a small beach. The host was very gratuitous an friendly. I highly recommend the Polynesian breakfast of fresh coconut milk tuna. I would definitely book this house again if I go back. Everything was great

The location by the water is amazing and quiet. The property is spacious. Everything was clean, modern and functional. The hosts were very kind and made us welcome home :)

The hostess was very kind and welcoming. Beautiful property! Delicious fresh lemonade! Lovely accomodations which exceed the pictures. I had gotten very sick during our vacation. She drove us to the local doctor and made sure that I was seen. I was given some comfort meds. They helped to ease the pain for the 8hr flight home. Definitely want to visit again!

I felt too ill to really enjoy what the property offered. Bikes, a ping-pong table and Kayaks were available to use.

Tepairu and Jeff have a wonderful property here, quite new, very clean and comfortable with all of the facilities we expected. The location is nice, on the waterfront, with kayaks available for use. There is a noce shared area on the waterfront with kitchen and coffee facilities, which is gorgeous to relax at. We did a couple of kayaking trips - one up Fa'aroa Bay and up the river which was interesting, and another across the lagoon to the motu where we spent the day (take your own food and water!). The property is conveniently located far enough out of Uturoa to avoid the business of the town, but close enough to be convenient. Our favourite meals were at the Ixora and at the Opoa Hotel. Above all, Tepairu is an amazing host, friendly and a wealth of information.

A car is essential here as not much is in walking distance, but other than that, great property and great hosts. Thank you Tepairu and Jeff!

Te Pairu & Jeff looked after us from the second we arrived until the second we left. They were so helpful in assisting us to book the best island tours, the best tattoo artist, the cheapest rental cars and offered snorkelling gear for our stay too. We can’t thank them enough for making our stay so perfect! Absolute 5 star hosts! The house was a short 10 min drive from town with a few shops closer than that, the bikes were a great alternative transport and the kayaks gave us access to a beautiful river and private island to visit.
