Economically furnished, simple property, though clean and has all amenities required. Attentive host.

A bit small bathroom and shower (which has weak presurre, but we were told that it is through all the city like that). Might be noisy for lightsleepers as even with windows shut at night you can hear traffic as well as a squicky bed (when you turn around at night).

It really has everything that you might need without exception. The space is nice and we were welcomed extremely well.

L'appartamento e'dotato di tutti i confort , molto pulito, i proprietari sono molto attenti a coccolare gli ospiti mettendo a disposizione ciò che serve per la colazione e dolcetti locale nonché acqua in frigo.Facilità di trovare il parcheggio e a pochi minuti a piedi da Ortigia rendono la residenza ideale x tutti gli spostamenti. Grazie per l'ospitalità.

Siamo appena rientrati da Siracusa e che dire...partirei con il dire che i proprietari, Danilo e Stefania, sono semplicemente meravigliosi! Ci siamo sentiti a casa, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per fare colazione ed anche dei dolcetti che ci hanno fatto trovare sul tavolo del soggiorno...Siracusa e Ortigia sono ricche di storia e sembra di fare un salto indietro nel tempo. Panorami mozzafiato e bellissime spiagge. L' appartamento è ubicato in un punto strategico per poter visitare tutta la zona sud est della Sicilia. Grazie Danilo e Stefania torneremo!!!

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Syrakus - auch dank dieser Unterkunft. Wir wurde herzlich bei der Schlüsselübergabe begrüßt und uns wurde alles erklärt. Die Wohnung an sich stimmt mit den Bildern und den Angaben auf Booking überein und bietet alles, was man für eine entspannte Woche benötigt - sogar noch etwas mehr. Für einen guten Start sind nämlich Kaffee, Wasser und kleine Süßigkeiten vorhanden. Wir waren während einer Hitzewelle auf Sizilien und dafür war die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung super. Wir waren mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs und kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der Nähe eigentlich immer verfügbar. Für Nachfragen sind die Gastgeber immer verfügbar und helfen gern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns bewusst für eine Wohnung abseits des Touri-Trubels entschieden und doch hat man z.T. den Verkehr gehört. Aber uns hat es wirklich nur geringfügig gestört.

Our 4-night stay at this home was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth by the host and his lovely daughter—Their hospitality set the tone for a relaxing and comfortable visit. The home was thoughtfully prepared and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need for our 5-day stay. From a fully equipped kitchen to cozy blankets. The space was not only clean and comfortable, but full of warmth and charm. Easy walk to Ortigia Island to explore the old town, parking was easy. It’s rare to find a place that feels both so welcoming and so well put-together. We left feeling rested, grateful, and already looking forward to the next time we can return. A true gem—thank you again for everything!
