Casa Perdy, beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with communal pool

Great location for the old town, the pool is very quiet, the apartment is clean. There is a washing machine and all kitchen utensils available which is convenient.

You have to empty your bins, towels are not changed, the apartment is not cleaned during your stay. There is a washing machine on-site and the bins are down the road a bit so it’s not too bad but not things you want to be concerned about on holidays.

Location good. Facilities good.

No air conditioning. Unfortunately on last night answered door to a drugged up drunk man claiming our apartment was his and forced us out at half twelve night in only our nightclothes. Managed to call police to sort out. Not hosts fault but not how envisaged spending last night of golden wedding celebrations.

La relación calidad precio es excelente, igual que en las fotos, todo funciona bien y sobretodo hay que destacar la limpieza.

Se escucha bastante a los apartamentos de al lado

Good facilities in the apartment including a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, fairly clean, wide TV Channel choice, spacious, large veranda. Location was good for the harbour/old town, a great supermarket next door.

The shower, needs updating and the drainage was backing up. The floor was wet after usage but had mop to dry! slightly hilly location for those who find walking difficult and no parking nearby.

Beautiful property, has everything we needed. So clean and tidy. The beds were also comfortable

La comunicación con el anfitrión fué poco fluída. El dormitorio da al pasillo por lo que la gente que pasaba me despertaba

Close to the bus stop and car rental. Host let us to leave our luggage at the property after checking out for a couple of hours, which was very useful

Clean and tidy, very private balcony that has the sun all day, supermarket very close, bars and restaurants only a short walk.
