Service delays at Fireroom was terrible, more is expected from the premium restaurant. Also, the availability and use of the shuttle is inadequate, there should be regular round trip routes in between the facilities.

The apartment is nice and spacious, with a comfortable layout that makes it easy to feel at home. The rooms are well-sized as well.

The couch has a strong urine smell that spreads through the entire house. It’s overwhelming and makes the space feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to relax or enjoy the room with this persistent odor.

The convenience especially because it was the kids holiday.

Everything about the Apartment. It was dirty, smelly, the tables had dust and drink spills. The tv unit was broken. The towels were dirty. We couldn't even want to spend an hour in the place. We cancelled our stay within 30 minutes of checking in.
