It is a lovely place to go with couple friends and family, the stay, the artificial scenery was very beautiful. I have enjoyed rain dance. A must visit buy make sure to go early with heavy traffic as it is abit far

Food could have been more better but it is not that bad as well. Overall great.

Facilities were really good. Though the timing of falls and rain dance is very limited, it’s good to watch such a mega man made falls.

Food options were very limited and they can’t serve what’s there in the menu card. Sugar free is available in room but not in any restaurants. Given there are so many diabetic, they should provide this Everywhere. It’s cheap but will be very much appreciated. When someone paying so much for the stay, I hey we’re cribbing about a missing glass from the room, which we never bothered to look at and never seen that it existed in the room. Though they didn’t ask to pay for it, it was so embarrassing that they made me stay longer at check out and repeatedly asking if I know about the missing glass.

Facilities for children and/or families are good - the cricket pitches and football court on the roof are well maintained. The other facilities like table tennis, archery, billiards/snooker, carrom, chess and mini-golf are so-so. They need a dedicated person to look after these activities. Lots of parking and space to move about. Rain dance, pool and man-made waterfall are the highlights but the music is alarmingly loud. Avoid weekends, if possible as the crowds are huge.

Buffet spread is very average, with just about 8-10 dishes in all. But, the al-a-carte food is not expensive and they customized it as per our liking. Breakfast lines are long but i guess this cannot be helped on weekends. They charge extra for kids (5 - 12 years), which is a surprise since usually kids below 10 years are accommodated for free. One of the rooms we had taken did not have water for almost 2-3 hours in the morning which was a very painful experience. It took a lot of follow-up to get this sorted.
