The place was good ,neat and tidy.The food was average.The ambience of the place is really good,a good getaway for a relaxing weekend,new property so not much of a crowd.The cave concept and the waterfall were amazing.The food in their restaurant was awesome and tasty.The interiors are dazzling and neatly maintained,kudos to the whole team.The property tour was impressive and were great in their hospitality.

The Rooms were overly priced and on top of it you have to pay extra for using all the amenities...,so gets a bit heavy on your pocket.The food menu needs to be looked into without repeating the dishes,not much of a choice for package-holders.Paid Al la carte was good in their separate bar and restaurant.

Amazing Hospitality and ambience is really beautiful 😍 , food was awesome 😎 room was big , there are several activities , rain dance , water sports , cycling etc , good for 1 night stay , theme is very pretty, it looks like cave and rooms are lapped with mud, bar is awesome too, alcohol is cheaper than food 😅

Spa is not available yet and there is no lift

Even after taking the room, we have to pay seperately for all the facilities like pool , games. Food is average. Though we book for certain amount in the app, property charges gst extra on top of your booking amount

The food taste was good in the restaurant, whereas the breakfast was not at all good. They say lavish breakfast but I was very disappointed by it.

First and foremost, one of the main issues we encountered was the resort's policy of charging for nearly all the amenities they offered, including the swimming pool. We were taken aback by this approach, as most resorts include such facilities as part of the overall package. We felt that these additional charges were unfair and significantly detracted from our overall experience. Furthermore, the behaviou and attitude of the staff at MJ Avyanna Resort were far from satisfactory. The employees consistently displayed rude behaviou and were dismissive when we approached them with questions or concerns. Their unhelpful responses made it clear that they lacked basic customer service skills and failed to prioritize the needs and comfort of their guests. Adding to our disappointment was the resort's location, which was situated in a countryside area with limited attractions or activities. We had hoped for a variety of options to keep ourselves entertained, but instead, we found ourselves confined within the resort's premises with very little to do. This lack of external entertainment options further contributed to our overall dissatisfaction. To compound our frustrations, despite having made an online booking that explicitly included breakfast, the resort tried to charge us for it during the check-out process. It took considerable effort and numerous conversations to convince the staff to honou our original agreement. This unnecessary confrontation only served to amplify our negative impression of the resort's service and hospitality. In conclusion, our stay at MJ Avyanna Resort was marred by disappointments. The additional charges for amenities, the rude behaviou of the staff, the lack of activities in the surrounding area, and the unnecessary attempt to charge us for breakfast despite our pre-booking left us feeling thoroughly dissatisfied.

Cave concept - stayed in mud house based deluxe AC room. On The Rocks bar also had similar ambience CAVE based. Food was good and value for money. Waterfall , pool well maintained and picture perfect.

We were there on a weekday and not weekend. The man made water fall was not on and we had to specifically request for it to be put on and it was kept on only for us but for a few minutes only. Need to pay more to use all other activities in the resort and does not come with standard booking.
