Sundance Cosy Getaway - Annexe

Great to have the annexe .

“It was shiny” from 5 year old. It had nice touches like books for the kids, good amount of space and well equipped for a short break away. Felt homely.

The shower

Beds uncomfortable, was freezing cold when we entered and all radiators had been turned off. The walls all need a lick of paint, A lot of noise from upstairs and to the side of us.Check in was 4pm and check out was 10am the following day. We only stayed for 1 night so not much time allowed in the property.

The layout and decoration of the property are great. It was very clean and well equipped. Ideal if you want to explore Whitstable on foot for a day and evening.

Whilst the property is well enough located to allow all of Whitstable to be within walking distance, the property itself is not located in the most attractive part of Whitstable. For this reason it felt a little overpriced.

Key box code, with clear instructions as to how to gain access to the box and the the property It was clean and had a variety of equipment with clear instructions as to how to use them. It was cosy and just what we were expecting from our stay.

Parking on the street can be very limited It is annexed to another property and we could hear a lot of what was going on within the other property

Good kitchen (large clean fridge, microwave, toaster, dish washer, cutlery etc) Bed was comfy Large TV Private outdoor patio with table & chairs Bbq provided (we used a disposable bbq we purchased) Tub and shower were great Good communication with host

The bedroom needs curtains. The blinds weren't enough for keeping the light out, so woken up quite early from the natural light every morning. No tea towels or kitchen paper Cosier blankets and extra towels would be a nice addition You can hear alot of next door

Fab location

Ease! Easy parking, easy walk to town. Everything there, very well equipped. Just easy. Had a fab weekend.

Nothing.

The property was very cosy and definitely adequate for 2 people comfortably. The sofa and bed exceeded expectations and the cleanliness of the property was excellent. Car parking was good and the temperature was just right. The host was very easy to contact and went out of her way to have the accommodation ready earlier than advertised. It was a real treat to find shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap and hand cream included and more than adequate for the stay. Not having to pack tea bags, coffee and sugar was an additional bonus. There was ample suggestions on where to visit, eat and drink in Whitstable. A very enjoyable stay.
