Spacious and clean.

The aircorn in the living room and master bedroom not cold enough, perhaps need to upgrade. There should be dust bins in the living and dinning area. Ceiling Fans should be installed outside where there is a seating area. Blankets can change to duvet covers/comforters.

Good location

Stale smell (no air circulation during vacancy period) as you enter house. Room at dry kitchen area was especially uncomfortable- stronger smell and noisy due to water tank pump or air conditioner.

Big house and 4 rooms suit my need

Aicond not cold in most rooms. Aircond in living too small (1.0 horsepower). Pilow too flimsy. Blanket too thin not a duvet type.
