พื้นและผนังห้องพักควรปรับปรุงให้ได้มาตรฐาน ผนังไม่เก็บเสียง ควรมีที่แขวนผ้าให้สะดวกมากขึ้น อ่างล้างหน้าควรปรับปรุง และ ก๊อกน้ำอุ่นที่อ่างล้างหน้า น้ำไม่อุ่น
