Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Zimmer gibt es Kaffee plus Kaffeemaschine zum selber brühen, als auch eine kleine Bar mit Wasserspender, Eiswürfeln und Kaffee zur Selbstbedienung. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool auf der Terrasse im 1. Stock und die Dachterrasse mit Gemeinschaftsküche, Geschirr und großem Esstisch lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alles sehr einladend. Von hier aus geht man herrlich zu Fuß immer entlang des alten Aquädukts durch das lebendige Oaxaca.

We adored our stay at Hotel Casa Aqueducto. The neighbourhood is beautiful and peaceful and has lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is extremely clean, with free water, tea and coffee and beautiful balcony's to relax on. It's a really easy and beautiful stroll to the centro. Emilio, his family and all of the staff were the kindest and most attentive hosts that we have experienced in Mexico. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests including storing our bags for a week while we went hiking.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Acueducto! Emilio is fantastic, incredibly kind and available. The rooms are very cosy and clean. The terrace is a great perk. The hotel is located slightly outside of the busy streets of the city centre but all the necessary amenities are close by. The walk to get downtown is just lovely.

Es un lugar tranquilo, durante nuestra estadia no escuchamos ruido. El personal fue muy amigable y atento, nos ayudaron a recomendaros restaurantes, lugares que visitar y actividades que podiamos realizar mientras visitabamos la ciudad.

Beautiful space, great location! The hotel is well designed with amenities available such as drinking water, coffee and tea. There's also a nice rooftop area and balcony to enjoy the views and comfortable evenings. The location is away from the central area in a cute, less touristy neighborhood to get away from things a little, but only a short walk when you want to get in. Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, and the owners can provide a nice list of their recommendations.

I really enjoyed my two-week stay at Casa Acueducto. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable about the area. My room and the whole hotel was kept spotlessly clean and felt very welcoming. I had dental surgery while in Oaxaca and it was the perfect place to recover; it has 24 hour ice machine (great for my swollen face!), hot and cold water and coffee, and also facilities to prepare food in the rooftop. The rooftop space was fantastic, with gym equipment available for use day and night, a big table for socialising, working or eating and the aforementioned fully equipped kitchen. WiFi worked extremely well. The location is fantastic; it's in a funky neighbourhood with amazing murals, cafes and restaurants and is a short and very picturesque walk from the centre. I'd definitely recommend this place and will be coming back next time I'm in Oaxaca.

There isn't a large sign outside at the moment, which could be a bit confusing when arriving for the first time, but that's a very very minor issue. The building itself is made of beautiful and distinctive red brick which is easy to remember once you've found it.
