Prime Studio at The Loop Tower

Exceptional. We would love to go back there soon. The aesthetic appeal of the place in totality tops our list. The host is very accomodating.

What could have been better is the owner should find a better induction cooker and better functioning exhaust. The room smells sadly whenever we cook and I dont think the exhaust functions as it should.

I like how the location was so convenient and checking in was a breeze.

The location of the condominium is accessible. The room is clean and well maintained.

There’s no clear direction provided on the check-in process. As I entered the building, I had to sign my details in the log book. Then the security had to send me to the admin office to fill-up more details and they had to photocopy my ID. I was not even informed on what was it about. I felt uneasy since I have never experienced that kind of treatment to a guest before. Filling-up the form felt more like of an investigation. Which was a weird experience. While I was about to finish filling up the forms, I received a message saying that the a lady is already waiting in the lobby to guide me about my check-in. There was no communication between the owner of the room and the admin of the building. My check-in process took around 15min.
