Valet, room service, bellman service, room amenities, customer service at front desk. Ty, Charles, and Kenneth were amazing. It was my birthday and they extended themselves to ensure my stay was extra special.

Housekeeping threw away personal notes left for me by hotel staff acknowledging my birthday and also personal items that was in the bathroom.

This was our first time staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

I will say that when we went to the bar downstairs, the staff was not as friendly in there. However, the bartender was outstanding.
