"Nice flat to enjoy the view!"

Amazing view, you can spend hours on the terrace Flat is clean, nice and quiet. 10 mins walk from the city center. Confortable bedding

Shower needs to be refreshed. Host not very welcoming, no answer to our questions as recommendations where to eat in Bellagio

Easy to get to, only a short walk from the main town, staff were on hand to assist. The property was very clean, great view, nice and quiet.

Could have some water/milk at the property as everything was closed when we arrived.

It maybe the best view in Bellagio, great location.

The apartment's decoration is very old from 70's and definitely needs a renovation. Especially the bathroom needs an urgent update, including the tiles and the shower.

"A must stay location, views to die for!"

This place was beautiful, a little difficult to find, but that was a Google Maps thing as the approach was from the opposite direction from which the photos were provided in the instructions. Just look for the " Ca' Maria Lavanda " sign, and you'll be fine. The stack of keys were confusing. If they get labeled, then entry will be easy. Location to town is easy, and stores and shops are close by. BUT the views are so amazing it's hard to peal yourself away to see the town. The flat is well appointed. We usually like to stay at places with more reviews, but the ratings were great and took a chance. We were not disappointed and will be returning.

Keys were confusing, little dark getting in at the main entry. We needed to pay attention to the switches on the bathroom wall as it turns off the hot water heater. Power went out while we were there. Easily solved as mains were at the front door inside the apartment. Quickly resolved.

Very nice property. Comfy bed, beautiful view, close to town. No heat per the government till November. No fires either in fireplace.

We brought to the attention that after cleaning people had come some items were missing including a watch. Property manager essentially accused us of making a story up. Terrible management of issue.
