"The room was quite new but it needed more maintenance"

Very clean

The hot water system did not work, so we did not have the heater and did not take the shower. The electric stove did not work either

Location is excellent, it takes you less than 10 minutes on foot to get to the Grand canal.

"Top located clean spacious place with garage"

It was a very nice place and at the TOP location. Having a garage was excellent. Very spacious and clean.

The only things that were missing are better view and some Utensils (soup ladle, coffee kettle, bigger mugs, paper towels and toilette papers).
