"Train crash!!!"

4.0

Towels never changed, bed never made or changed ( I stayed for five days until I found better) fridge didn’t work , overhead shower didn’t work so had to use hand shower (maximum height 5 feet, so had to crouch) wash hand basin continuously leaking on the floor , nowhere to hang clothes (for a long stay) the room was approximately 12x16 feet and no WINDOW . Had to use google translate as no English spoken, had to pay by cash as the booking company messed up despite having ‘paid’ by card . Having traveled the World working , this place has been the most ‘memorable’. I was last in Vietnam in 1996, everyone used to smile, not so much the case now , too commercialised? Avoid room 502 or better still use ‘ AS ONE HOTEL’ about less than half a mile away
