L’absence de professionnalisme du responsable qui emploie un temps très désobligeant. Le fait de n’avoir pas pu dormir de la nuit parce qu’il y avait énormément de bruit dans l’hôtel et que aucun membre de l’équipe n’a « osé » aux personnes faisant du bruit de se taire…
