The restaurant which is associated with the hotel is not good in terms of fast service and food quality. Too much costly food in compared to the quality of the food.

location is exceptional. The property is very well maintained, in a quiet and serene part of mandrem. We were very impressed by the landscaping/ gardening. The staff are very polite. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Breakfast (Indian) at the restaurant was great.

The pool tiles need to be replastered as the corners of the wall are very sharp and cut my leg. We observed another guest also get cut in the pool. When we checked in, the fridge was releasing hot hair so we could not use it. The air conditioner kept tripping the electricity so we had to turn the fridge and fan off so that the AC could work.

Everything is excellent!

The location of the resort is amidst the nature which made it a calm and peaceful stay. The staff is courteous and on their toes at all times. The room size is good. Property has been beautifully set up with lots of plantation

Frequent power cuts No TV in the room for passing time occassionally AC should be sited elsewhere as it throws air directly on to the face

Beautiful property, very well maintained and clean.

There was some voltage issue, so the AC kept restarting every once in a while.
