"Perfect apartment for a quieter type beach stay."

A perfectly situated good sized apartment on the edge of Cotillo overlooking and on the same level of the pool and the quiet beach. WiFi connectivity with superfast broadband. Good sized living area and bedrooms. Close proximity to many restaurants and a short walk to the town centre. Remote management contactable electronically but with a rapid response to remedy a minor problem.

El Cotillo is, like many Canarian communities, rapidly expanding and there is nearby fairly noisy building work in the daytime. This is likely a short term issue.
