"Overall a beautiful hotel. Wish there was an alternative to using the funicular."

There was so much to do on the property. Loved the free ferry to Palomino Island.

Our tv never worked, the shuttle never picked us up from self parking twice, the restaurant above the main pool overcooked the chicken iceberg salad (worst salad) and the drinks at Palomino Island were pretty weak for the cost. One side of the funicular was broken late at night.

The sun is warm, and the water in the ocean is nice. They have a nice pool for kids.

Construction nearby, ac is either not working or cooling with full blast(to switch you need to call a technician). Our room was close to the restaurant so on Friday it was a loud party with music until 22:00. At 6am truck starts offloading beeping and at 7am construction workers start demolishing. I don't remember any order that was brought faster than for 1 hour. I requested a crib for my kids that was taken from the room on the second day(we were there 7 days). My older kid got sick and had to leave earlier.

Amazing location and facilities.

I didn't like that they charge for everything. For such a high price I'm expecting the property to be a bit more generous. Some examples: They tried to chraged me for having a connected door to my 2-room reservation. If you want to sit in some beach chairs - you have to pay, or move a few meters to ones that are free but has less shade.

Amazing location and amazing facility. Great waterpark and pools. Beautiful pools.

Food is bad. Very bad. And... expensive! We had some vegetarians in the group with almost no options to eat. The others didn't like the food so much as well. We checked almost all restaurants on site. Also charging for parking and for having a connected door between two rooms does not make sense.
