Location near SM Aura and Market Market

The unit had an unpleasant smell, with dead cockroaches on the floor and some crawling in the kitchen. The lounge AC wasn’t cooling properly, and the en-suite needs an upgrade. Most cabinets and storage areas were locked, which was inconvenient. There was water dispenser, however not available to use ☹️
