Easy to find good communication from host great property

PROS: Great position and easy access to highway to London. Usually around 1H (up to 2H if there's a bad traffic) 5-10 minutes walking to Luton city center and train station where you can find all the big shops and take aways. Although we didn't used them, there's plenty of stuff in the kitchen: Microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, hob, oven, pretty much everything you need. Host is great and always looking to help.

Radiators are slow to heat but once you got to the right temperature, all good. Water in the shower can be tricky to balance the hot/cold water. Property is clean but is been a while since it was renovated so might look a bit outdated. However is reflected in the money so is a fair price.

Had a problem when a storm cut the power, completely out of Rochelle’s control and nothing she could have done about it, but she immediately booked us into a local hotel and offered to pay for an uber, absolutely fabulous service, thank you

Nice size for us and was ideal for our trip. Owner was always on hand especially when we had issues parking

Some utensils missing that could have done with like sharp knives and tin opener.
