Breezy Modern House in Casa Grande with Pool,BBQ

The condo is new and clean. It had all the necessary amenities. Good location. Really attractive complex.

You have to bring your own fire stick. We were on the road for days so when I received the information it was too late for us to have brought one from home.

Nice, good size starter home. Nice and clean too. Having a washer and dryer was helpful too.

Not a complaint, but only had two clothes hangers for clothes to hang up and the TV Enterainment did not work with streaming devices and speech search function.

Very clean and comfortable

Everything is new and in great condition. Very nice complex with a good gym. Unit is spacious.

The couch is terrible. Host was slow to respond to messages.

I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that.

The property is cute and good location between Phoenix and Tucson so it was easy to travel between locations as we explored the area. The gated community felt safe for walking etc. It was also close to restaurants and necessities.

I didn’t receive a code by 4:00pm so I had to call a number and apparently I had somehow missed uploading documents needed for security deposit. The person on the phone helped me get everything submitted but it was a hassle. However, that was technically my fault. We arrived at property at 7:30 and it was uncleaned so I had to call again! She then asked for 10 minutes to find out what happened. An emergency cleaning crew was sent and they were very professional and cleaned thoroughly while we waited in our car. I will say they made it right for us by discounting the fees which I thought was very reasonable. Things happen sometimes and this was one of those times, but the staff tried to make it right. If you decide to stay make sure your i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed!

We arrived at midnight, the house was dirty, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. My two kids & self had to spend the night in a hotel that cost me over $230.00 for one night. I was told I would be compensated, and never was. Over all i wouldn’t stay here again, the neighbors house was also dirty I’m from Washington and she was from Idaho, her house had dog poop inside. Wasn’t the greatest experience..not sure if I’d take the chance and stay there again.
