Design 2BDR Apartment with Balcony- FREE PARKING

Liked the location. It seems that the apartment was good when it was opened but now it is very bad...

Most of the promised things in apartment was not there or was not working. Door handle of the sleeping room is broken, it stays in the hand! Tv was not working, it could get it on but there was no channels to watch. After 1 hour of restarting stb and TV plugin in and out nothing helped. Toilet seat is broken. There is no kitchen towels in the kitchen, there is no dish soap for the dishwasher machine, bad in the one of sleeping rooms is squinching and there were sleeping two boys with altogether 90 kilos. They wrote me that I could call them if I have any questions, I called when we arrived to complain but no one answered. They did answer via WhatsApp although but nothing to resolve the issue out that someone came and see what the problem is. I asked for partly refund but they gave me 2 hours longer check out time that I really don't need and 20% lower price for the next booking although I said I am not going to come to this apartment any more.

The apartment was spacious, in an amazing location! The bed was super comfortable, the bedding was of excellent quality and so soft. The apartment was super clean and the host was responsive. The balcony and parking are great advantages of this apartment. We had an amazing stay and the next time we visit Zagreb we will come back to this amazing place!

We had amazing stay. Everything was clean and new. Free parking is a big advantage.
