Location is great and the building is safe, has a passcode to enter.

We couldn't get a crib even though it says it's available on request because they lent it to friends who are also leasing an apartment and they had a guest with a baby coming. They knew we were coming with 2 small children and they didn't make the effort to make the apartment safe for them. There is a cable coming out of the wall in the living room, a cupboard door with hinges attached under the bed (which is perfect for little fingers to get hurt), screws in the bathroom laying around. The hamper was full of dirty towels. There was a used toothpaste, dry and cracked soap that was used by who knows how many people. I the fridge, there was an open wine bottle, and 3 eggs that we didn't dare touch as we didn't know how old they were. The freezer is completely full of ice, and still the ice cream we out in it ended up entirely melted the next day. The sheets were so dusty, they weren't washed in a long time. Both me and one child have asthma, and we had a bad flare up due to the dust both around the apartment and the beds. Pots and pans were all extremely scratched, and they are unsafe to use as such. This meant we couldn't cook anything and had to go to the restaurant. Kitchen cupboard also had wires coming out of the wall tied up in a knot, it felt really unsafe.
