L'appartamento è grazioso posizione centralissimo

Non è stato possibile effettuare il soggiorno dato che chi gestisce la struttura mi ha cancellato la prenotazione in quanto voleva i dati degli ospiti online (comprese le foto dei documenti), ero in arrivo a Ravenna dall'Alto Adige (oltre 7 ore di auto) ho fatto presente che non potevo inviare tali dati che sono sul mio Ipad non dotato di una sim e quindi era necessario avere un collegamento internet. Chi gestisce la struttura non sa gestire le difficoltà già 15 giorni prima avevo visto che la struttura ò in zona ztl e non mi ha saputo dare indicazioni in merito (le ho recuperate on line). A questo punto ho dovuto arrangiarmi e grazie alla disponibilità di un albergatore ho trovato il modo di avere una camera a costi ovviamente molto diversi da quanto prenotato con Voi. Chiedo quanto meno il rimborso di quanto versato in anticipo più di 1 mese fa dato che la gestrice sostiene che il pagamento è stato effettuato direttamente da Booking e quando mi ha cancellato la prenotazione ha detto che il rimborso era automatico e faccio presenti le seguenti cose : 1) la struttura non è presidiata da qui la richiesta dei documento on line (che non ritengo sicura) e questo l'ho appreso solo quando una volta a Ravenna mi è stato richiesto l'invio dei documenti; se avessi saputo di tale richiesta quando ancora ero in albergo in Alto Adige avrei potuto inviarli. 2) davanti a ogni minima difficoltà chi gestisce la struttura (chissà da dove) oppone un muro; la struttura è sistuata in zona ztl e La gestrice sembra che nemmeno lo sappia dato che non sa dare indicazioni su come gestire la cosa, per fortuna in questo caso aiuta quanto riportato on line su Ravenna ztl 3) si può prevedere un back up perchè non tutti dispongono di whatsapp (io per esmpio non ha tale applicazione) e in questo caso accogliere le persone nella struttura di persona dato che tale richiesta non è stata esplicitata al momento della prenotazione-

Great location, there were fans in each room which was great, the balcony has a great view, beds were comfortable, communication with host was without issue

The shower looks a bit old and used, the front door was a bit of hassle to open

We liked that there was multiple rooms, the beds were comfortable, the apartment features a big balcony. The hostess was also very nice, she extended the check-in time for us. The street we were on is also very calm and close to famous monuments.

The apartment lacks proper kitchen equipment, there in no knife, a few cups, no offee, no spices and no thrash bin. The water in the toilet keeps running and it hard to flush.

The location was great.

Communication was not good. It was cold in the rooms, but no blankets and the thermostat was difficult. The elevator was frightening and one of us is handicapped. I thought there would be breakfast but there wasn't. There was no wifi. When I found casa di Anna it was a completely different property. I only looked at the name and not the address. It was not what was advertised. The beds were hard, the towels were hard, the t.v. was not in a common area, entering was difficult, little to no communication.
