Apartamento Paradise - Relax, Piscina y Aire acondicionado

La tranquilidad

Hay que coger el coche para todo. No hay nada cerca. La piscina no la hemos podido usar. Lavadora con puerta rota, aire acondicionado que hace mucho ruido.

Nada, el apartamento no tenía nada q ver con las fotos

Botes de pintura en los armarios, los cuales tenían las puertas reventadas, el agua del baño olía fatal, la lavadora, abrías la puerta y se descolgaba…. Horroroso!

No me gustó nada muy mal

Pues havia suciedad sofá dañado taburete comida usada mala que dejaron y hormigas y para colmo la picina cerrada

Las vistas del lugar y ubicación

La casa sucia pésima limpieza las ventanas llenas de tierra y suciedad. todo lleno de hormigas por la cocina comedor y habitaciónes. La lavadora la puerta de la lavadora te la quedabas en la mano estaba rota. La ducha rota el agua se salía por la manguera. Cuando llegamos no había aire acondicionado a 40° y solamente un pingüino reventado y super sucio. El sofá cama comido por los perros mordisqueado por todos lados. Cuando llegamos tampoco había piscina y resulta que el propietario en otros servicios puso que las piscinas estaban fuera de servicio por qué las estaban arreglando. En vez de ponerlo en mayúsculas en la principal. La cama de matrimonio el somier vencido y el colchón como un folio que se te clavaban las tablas incomodisima. No hay parking privado el que hay es público y en la calle para todo el mundo. Pésima experiencia, llegamos con nuestro bebé de menos de un año y no pudimos disfrutar de la carencia de limpieza que había en el apartamento. Lo único bueno la ubicación y vistas de alrededores. NO VOLVERE JAMAS.

It's set in a beautiful area, because you're out of the town, up in the hills. The peace and quiet is a welcome respite from the hub-bub of the towns. The apartment was well appointed and very clean.

Not much, really. Could have done with a kettle! A little caveat; if you stay you'll really need to hire a car. You can use the public transport, but it is inconvenient: no doubt about it.

We was met at the property and shown all the amenities by Richard who was very helpful , host also texted us to make sure everything was ok a few days later , the apartment was well equipped with everything you could want and was very clean . It is a in a lovely friendly area with lots of cafes and restaurants in the local town. We would recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning .

Nothing to dislike.

Nice property in well looked after village complex, well located for Benalmadena pueblo, the butterfly park, Buddist Temple & Colomares Castle.

Not the fault of the property but all pool areas completely closed, not just the swimming due to ongoing drought. Parking for most part was ok but occasionally no spaces in street outside property. Having said that you could still manage to get parked either just other side of street or up by sports ground which is still only a 5-10 minute walk from the front entrance to the village.

Clean room

Property smelt really bad but this may have been a drainage issue rather than lack of cleanliness. No air con even though advertised as having air con. A portable one was supplied but this meant sleeping with patio doors open to enable portable unit to be vented. Bed advertised as double but was a small Ikea double so only just over the size of a UK single. No details on accessing the property prior to arrival even though numerous messages sent so had to meet Jonny(?) at the property to obtain keys. Wouldn't recommend or use again considering the money spent.
