Area is up and coming, but around property very poor conditions.

Clean walking distance to centre of town great view lots of room

Neighborhood is still getting re developed

While the location was convenient, I have to be honest—there was a very unpleasant smell in the apartment that made the stay uncomfortable. I did reach out during my stay expecting some sort of follow-up or solution, but unfortunately, no one came to address the issue. It’s disappointing because the place itself has potential, but the odor made it hard to enjoy. I hope you can look into it for future guests, as it really affected the overall experience.

The smell and the fact that they charged my card one month later apparently because of a dirty towel, literally one month later, and aren’t towels meant to get dirty if used? The street is also full of homeless people and does not feel safe.

All in all, I would rate this property as “good “

Thus qas ny second stay here. Lovely place and area but when I checked in it hadn't been cleaned and they only came the next day to clean

The apartment is nice and has potential. The arrival and check in were horrible. For the week prior to arrival I messaged and called them often, since I knew I would not have any phone service. They never replied, so once there I had to borrow strangers service. Then they repeatedly gave the wrong lockbox code. Not great when standing in a sweltering foyer. Once inside the WiFi didn't work and was not resolved.

Cas La Cosa was a great base for our extended family trip to Panama City. The apartments were wonderful , clean, spacious...very comfortable. Would definitely book again!
