Quality Suites Baton Rouge East - Denham Springs

I liked everything. They need to fix the lock on room 111 though

Breakfast was good.

Pool was extremely small. Air conditioner kept making a loud noise.

The staff was very friendly and engaging upon checking in. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was cold, which was important to me. The hotel is located directly off the highway and easily accessible. Several places to eat and shop (Walmart) are within walking distance, but we still drove.

The decor is dated and there were some areas that needed cleaning attention. But we weren't there for the ambiance. It was a stop-over on a road trip.

Clean and good value. The staff was very professional.

I’ve been staying here for 10 years when I come to visit my kids.

I wish that they had bigger trash cans in the rooms and better lighting.

Could not get clean towels. Said they didn’t have any more

The room was clean and had a fresh smell.

The room door had some dents and damage on it which was suspicious and A/C unit was noisy.
