Villa was spacious and clean, in a great location. Good cooking facilities and on a quiet resort

The hot tub and pool heating was not working so we couldn't use it. We booked this type of villa specifically for that. To relax in the hot tub after a long day. Our grand children were so disappointed. The hosts did not inform us of this prior to out stay. They were slow to get an engineer out. Then they refunded £57 which is an insult. This took 5 weeks to be payed after a lot of chasing by us
