services provided did not do justice for what was advertised on booking.com in terms of cleanliness, comfort, location. the washroom water in the shower would get stuck/ draining was a disaster. food provided was a disaster.overall staff are friendly but restaurant staff have very little knowledge on customer service. the price was absolutely unjustified for the small claustrophobic rooms available.

They forgot to pick us up att the airport. They forgot to bring the bags to the rooms (and did not take them ourselves). And it took two hours to get the dinner. They didn't care about us.

The amenities were terrific, the room is spacious, room service is affordable and delicious, and the pool is clean and inviting. I had a wonderful experience in the spa treatment. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Note that the hotel is far away from the city center, and the drive there is expensive. Also at the time of my visit there wasn't a shop in the hotel (to buy clothes, for instance, or souvenirs).

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic and serves local, indian and chinese meal.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.

We travelled with my two years old daughter, and this place had it all. The trampoline, the swing, jumping castle (though you had to pay extra entrance for some things like jumping castle etc. They also have a big swimming pool. The place is so quiet, the staffs were so attentive, polite & helpful. After putting our daughter to bed, there was a sitting area right out of the room. The food is heaven though it take time before you get it, but i will say its worth that wait.

We didn't use much of the swimming pool as we expected cause it was soo soo cold.
