the location.

the room when we first came in smelled like sweat, the room was dusty on the furnitures, found 2 cockroaches in the room, one of the onsite staff was unnecessarily rude, and someone tried to open our room door which made us felt unsafe as we were just a group of three girls. the toilet for the quad room was extremely small as well, so might want to consider that if you want to stay as a family with kids.
