the iron and the ironboard upstairs very dirty and not functioning well. need to replace the iron and ironboard .

Kitchen was fully equipped and there was free water. Nice lounge area but not enough space for even a fifth of the people in the rooms to use at the same time.

Room smelt strongly of damp and was too close to the kitchen so we were woken up every morning by other residents cooking in the early hours, 6-7am without fail. Bed was very hard and the bedroom was dingy and soulless. Window looked into the laundry room so was pointless. Was not given a full roll of toilet roll and after it ran out we had nobody to ask for a new one.

room is spacious,quiet from traffic and feel like home😘. the accomodation is quite good.Amazing water pressure in the toilet,Good A/C.

the parking.maybe this time I am lucky enough.no one park there but only me.feel secure and safe

The landlord responded promptly to the guest's question Environmental hygiene is also very good.

The situation very comfortable and relaxing Area.

The place is clean, though there are many rooms, there are ample space for all to move around and hang out, the kitchen cooking facilities and utensils are impressive. Hot and cold water are provided.

The outside area of the house can upkeep better.

The guesthouse is clean and everything in order. You can light cook in the Kitchen. The hostess of the house is very elegant and helpful. The location is good, convenience to go anywhere, walk to Lebuh Kimberley a15 minutes, walk to Komtar just 25minutes. I do enjoy and stay here 5 days, feel like my home.
