Clean, very quiet basement, big parking lot for free, well equiped kitchen. The bed is comfortable. Quick communication.

The basement Is advertised as 40m2 appartment, and it is less than 30m2 , without sofa, terrace and windows (only one tiny window that can be partially open with a stick). The photos you can see at first, belong to the other two appartments upstairs. BE CAREFUL when you choose the unit, as it is not clear enough that one of them is actually a basement with very narrow, steep, metal, circular stairs. There is only one sentence at the end of the unit description that says it's in the basement and only when you click to "reserve". The basement Is not aerated, has a mouldy smell and you can hear the sound of the canalisation from upstairs. There are no lamps beside the bed, only the strong central one. The warm water can be burning hot without control!!! Of our eleven booking.com accommodations in Sardinia, this was the only one with innacurate description and the most dissapointing one. This review Is only for the basement, we don't know for the other two flats upstairs.

Fajna lokalizacja jest gdzie zaparkować , czysto , miły i pomocny gospodarz , fajna łazienka . Gospodarz ma 3 mieszkania do wynajęcia i nie decydować się na "STUDIO"

Apartament "STUDIO" który wybrałem przez nieuwagę jest w piwnicy , bez prawdziwego okna , NORA . Zdjęcia tego apartamentu są mało widoczne , nie polecam tego lokalu , pozostałe dwa apartamenty od tego gospodarza są OK

Duży fajny apartament, bardzo czysty, aneks kuchenny z wszystkim co potrzeba do prostych posiłków. Wygodne łóżko i poduszki, kołdra i koce. 2 osobno sterowane klimatyzacje, duża lazienka z suszarką do włosów. Balkon z miejszami do siedzenia, jest nawet mata slonkowa potrzebna na niektore plaże.

Mielismy problem z pradem-nie bylo go przez pare godzin byko to o tyle problematyczne ze mielismy jedzenie w lodowce. Problem zostal szybko naprawiony przez Stefana. Sam budynek trochę zapuszczony, brudno, daleko do sklepu spożywczego.

Het bed was echt enorm comfortabel. De studio heeft alles wat je nodig hebt!

Het duurde af en toe wat langer voordat de boiler warm was.

Klimatizáciu je potrebné asi vyčistiť lebo sme si chceli prikúpiť nakoľko ide o byt v pivničných priestoroch a je tam viac vlhko.

Bardzo duże mieszkanie i super wyposażone. Było nawet żelazko i wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Lokalizacja super, bardzo blisko do morza i plaży Maria Pia.
