This is a magnificent apartment with a fantastic view, excellent repair, everything you need for living and a wonderful host who greeted us before check-in time, told us everything in detail, was always in touch, helped organize a transfer to a neighboring city and on our next trip, although we had already left his apartment by that time. There is new furniture on the roof, sun loungers and a large umbrella from the sun. All the sights are nearby, restaurants, gelaterias and sea activities are within walking distance. The price is completely justified. This is the best thing that can happen to you in Polignano a Mare!

The location of the property is great, offering superb sea views. It looks to the east, so it offers nice sunrise photo opportunities. The property is at three levels, with the bedroom and the dining room on the first floor, and the huge terrace on the second floor. While steps are steep to the first floor, host Francesco helps with carrying luggage. Otherwise, Francesco was also great - communication with him prior to our arrival was excellent, he waited for us at the station and drove us to the property, recommended great restaurant options and helped to organise a private transport to Alberobello and Monopoli. Francesco also organised breakfast with a nearby bar, which is provided directly to the property following guests' choice and is completely flexible regarding timing. The property, located very close to the monument to Domenico Modugno, the town's most famous native, is 5-10 mins walk to central Polignano a Mare and its old city. Totally recommended.

My suggestion would be to consider installing a safe deposit box to enhance the property's attraction.

Amazing apartment - totally exceeded our expectations! The view from the apartment is incredible. The hosts are wonderful - super responsive, worked around our schedule and made great recommendations. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

It was perfect!

I liked everything. I had problems with my credit card, but Francesco was patient enough and didn't put pressure on me until I fixed it. Me and my wife were happy to stay there and we would return without hesitation.
