Locație excelentă,apartament spațios,dotat cu 3 clime,lift,vedere parțială către Dunăre!

Am sesizat proprietarului lipsa efectuării curățeniei in apartament(balcon foarte murdar,cu mocheta răsucită..la interior,nu fusese aspirat demult,proasoape murdare,saltele dure si incomode,perne cu gâlme dure din vatelină,lenjerii cu miros închis,mochete pătate,perdele ft afumate,lipsa locului de parcare in fața proprietății😞!Deși a spus că trimite persoana la curățenie in jurul orei 10,11,a ajuns abia la ora 17 seara,fără a anunța în prealabil,ceea ce denotă o lipsă totală de profesionalism! Apartamentul este ft gălăgios,din pricina traficului infernal din zona intersecție,zi și noapte.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
