Please note that breakfast is available from 07:30 until 08:30 Monday to Friday (earlier upon prior request). Car parking is free but space is limited at busy times. All rooms are strictly no smoking. Any smoking will be subject to a GBP 100 fine. Children under 18 years old must be supervised at all times. Well-behaved children are welcome in the bar area. Please be aware that family rooms are on the first floor and there is no elevator. Rooms on the ground floor may be subject to some small steps. Family rooms will sleep up to 2 children up to 10 years of age for a surcharge of GBP 15 each. There is also a charge of GBP 5 per child for breakfast. Please inform the property if any of the guests are children, so the rooms can be set accordingly.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Lovely stay will return, perfect location for races"

Likes we could check in and take key out with us so could let our selves straight in room when arrived bk at night Delux room beautiful and cosy had a lovely sleep stunning bathroom

The bar closed early would of liked to have a couple of drinks, bar was closed 8:30pm on a sat but Newmarket is lively so we just stayed out in town.

"Heerlijke kamers"

Het pand is echt geweldig mooi, de kamers zijn prima. Bedden liggen heerlijk Eigenaar had van tevoren een mailtje gestuurd dat we geen gebruik konden maken van het restaurant, dus daar konden we ons op voorbereiden.

Kon geen beschrijving vinden hoe de tv aan moest doen. Staat een zwart kastje bij, die moest je aanzetten en dan kreeg je de zenders ervoor. Is wel gelukt. Erg jammer dat cafe al dicht ging rond 18 uur. We zagen er naar uit om daar heerlijk te zitten bij het haardvuur.

Good value

The pub was shut. So no Breakfast and no dinner available. I wouldn’t stay again if the pub isn’t open. They told me on the morning of the day I was due to arrive. I should have cancelled, but i was worried i wouldn’t find alternative accommodation.
