ESPagamos por el parking y por dos personas más 140 euros sobre el precio ya pagado. A la llegada no pudimos acceder al parking ya que no estaban registradas nuestras matrículas. Entramos cogiendo el ticket que tuvimos que abonar a nuestra salida. No nos pusieron tampoco toallas para los huéspedes de más que habíamos abonado. De ambas cosas avisamos al llegar, no recibimos respuesta. Pusimos reclamación a través de la empresa Turistaria que lo gestiona y tampoco nos respondieron. Finalmente a través de Booking reclamamos, no respondieron. El apartamento está bien pero hay una falta de seriedad y nos engañaron
ESEl alojamiento estaba muy bien ubicado, en el centro de Castro Urdiales. Las instalaciones, de manera general, estaban muy bien.
El sofá-cama bastante incómodo… y el resto de colchones tampoco eran muy cómodos.. aunque comparado con el sofá-cama eran una maravilla.

Needed some extras eg tea towels and better glassware/cups and cutlery, otherwise a tidy clean apartment
