This place was absolutely amazing, it was a beautiful little house that had all the comforts required. Location is superb! Luigi was a great host he met with us and helped us with our luggage and finding parking. He was so helpful and willing to be available for any of our needs.

There is a lot of foot traffic around this house so you could hear people outside at night.

The location was incredible. Very central to everything we were looking for. Restaurants, beach and the port all within a very short walk. Luigi and his brother were great. Effective communicators and helped in every way possible.

Parking isn’t very accessible. Luigi helped solve this issue (got lucky with a park about a 5 minute walk). We didn’t need our car during the stay so it wasn’t a big deal not being really accessible.

The house was very big and very comfortable.

I would say that on summer, if you leave windows open for some air during the night, its too noisy, there are a lot of people talking and you can hear everything. Only option was to close windows and turn on air conditioner.

This is a self catering house with excellent cooking facilities and lovely crockery. The decoration of the house is beautifully done and everything is of a very high standard. We are a retired couple but can see it would be good for a family of four. I would recommend that the owner provide more drawer and cupboard space for clothes/personal belongings for a family. The owner sent his brother, Luigi to attend to our needs and he was very efficient, kind and friendly.

We turned on the TV on the first day and found it didn't function well. We forgot to tell Luigi when we saw him. It wasn't a problem for us really, because we used our computers, instead, to see the news. I'm sure it will be attended to straight away by the owner who kept in contact with me throughout stay - thank you Basso !
