La casa di Ginevra

The property is in the most amazing location close to 3 amazing beaches and so many restaurants, you couldn’t get a better location to stay in Polignano a Mare! The owner was friendly. Simple accommodation - nice and clean, air con was great to have during the hot summer.

Only minor things that could be improved - perhaps a corkscrew and glasses or plastic glasses for wine. 😊

L'appartamento, a piano terra, è in ottima posizione, praticamente nella piazza dedicata a Domenico Modugno e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Lama Monachile e dal centro storico di Polignano. Il nostro host, Pietro, è stato molto gentile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Se proprio devo fare un appunto manca la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto vicino (pochissimi posti sempre occupati). Ma c'è un parcheggio a pagamento distante poche centinaia di metri. Manca anche un bollitore per il caffè, ma anche in questo caso si rimedia facilmente con diversi bar in piazza.

La propreté

Aucun accueil, pas de fenêtre, pas de cuisine juste un frigo, pas de quoi se faire un petit déjeuner, pas de verres, pas de patère pour suspendre au moins une serviette. Le bruit de tous les camions poubelle le matin. Bref aucun effort des propriétaires. Je ne recommande pas.

Very central to beaches and restaurants. Stayed cool in the hot weather even without the aircon.

There were no plates or cutlery if one wanted to bring food back to eat. A kettle and cups and tea or coffee bags would have been a nice touch. I’ve stayed in other places in Italy where a welcome bottle of wine or some local biscuits made all the difference. There was no book with interesting places to visit , restaurants and important information eg doctor etc.

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni a polignano a mare soggiornando a casa di Ginevra. È la prima volta che prenotiamo attraverso booking... ci siamo trovati molto bene nonostante la struttura è situata in pieno centro.. il titolare PIETRO ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio e ci ha consigliato come trascorrere al meglio il nostro week end. Consigliatissimo e auguriamo a tutti di vivere la stessa esperienza come la nostra. Alessandra e Giuliano

Logischerweise nachts etwas unruhig. War aber in Ordnung.

No windows, so no natural light. Towels were leaving the entire body full with fluff.
