"Great place, poor host."

Host was poor. Kept asking for proof of payment even though this was provided. Nobody available during the weekend when we needed help.

"Grey walls view advertised as seaview"

It's a few steps away from the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Had a view of the beautiful table mountain from the balcony. The bed was comfortable and kitchen fully equipped.

We booked a seaview apartment as detailed on the booking confirmation and the pictures but got an apartment with grey walls as a view. We could only see a bit of the sea from a side view while on the balcony. Camps Bay Village needs to include the photos of the actual apartment you're booking not general pictures of various apartments.

The place is located in Beach and has beautiful views, beautiful decorations and comfortable beds. Also appreciate the lady that was working Thursday the 15th of September and Friday, she was very kind to us and was very quick to respond to us when we need help, I forgot her name but she is a star

The corridors and stairs were dirty, the weekend shift staff not as friendly as the Thursday and Friday lady. My whatsapp messages were ignored, no response but only reply when it suits them. Example, I asked for a toilet paper and there was no response. The following day after before checkup we asked for storage as our flights was for late, she responded because it involved money that they charged us for storing our things. Also please try and put soap holders in showers

It was close to pnp. That is literally the only good thing about this place.

This whole WhatsApp group is bs… someone needs to come and attend the guest. Not everyone hiding behind a phone. The room was in a corner n nothing like on the picture shown. Was really disappointed
